Add a company representative
- Log in to your account
- Click company profile
- Click company reps under profile settings
- Click on 'Invite rep'
- Enter the email address of the company rep you want to invite
- Click 'Send invite'
- Your rep must click the invite link sent to set up an account
Company representative didn't receive email
- Check if your email has your correct corporate domain address
- Click company profile
- Click company reps under profile settings - all invited reps appear on the company reps dashboard if your representative is yet to activate their account
- Click on Action button
- Hit resend
Company rep invite sent to wrong email
- Log in to your account.
- Click company profile
- Click company reps under profile settings.
- Click on the Action button
- Click revoke.
Remove company rep
- Log in to your account
- Click company profile
- Click company reps under profile settings
- Click on the Action button
- Click Remove user.
