Add a company representative

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click company profile
  3. Click company reps under profile settings
  4. Click on 'Invite rep'
  5. Enter the email address of the company rep you want to invite
  6. Click 'Send invite'
  7. Your rep must click the invite link sent to set up an account


Company representative didn't receive email


  1. Check if your email has your correct corporate domain address
  2. Click company profile
  3. Click company reps under profile settings - all invited reps appear on the company reps dashboard if your representative is yet to activate their account
  4. Click on Action button
  5. Hit resend 



Company rep invite sent to wrong email


  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click company profile
  3. Click company reps under profile settings.
  4. Click on the Action button
  5. Click revoke.

Remove company rep

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click company profile
  3. Click company reps under profile settings
  4. Click on the Action button
  5. Click Remove user.
