A: Visit https://app.myflair.africa/auth/signup/employer to create a company profile, get approved and you can continue to use all the available features of the app.
Q: What details do I need to get onboarded?
A: You will need a copy of your business registration certificate, your TIN number, RGD number, registered company name, GPS Address, company contact information, Ghana card of an approved member or director of the company.
Q: How long does Onboarding take?
A: Onboarding takes only a few minutes. To ensure you complete it within that time, have on hand - business registration certificate, TIN number, GPS address, and Ghana card details of the approved authority/admin.
Q: When can I post job vacancies
A: After we successfully onboard and approve your company on the platform.
Q: What is the difference between onboarding and approval?
A: Onboarding means filling your company’s information on the Flair app during registration. Upload all information of your company, i.e. business commencement document, location, company phone number, company registration number, TIN number, company email address your Ghana card information as a means of identification.
Q: What does approval entail?
A: There are two levels of approval
Flair Approval - we review the information you have provided about your company and check the registration status of your company with the Registrar General Department. After verifying your company TIN and Registration number and Ghana card details, we also cross-check your email to be sure it’s a company email.
NSS Approval - this is the next level of approval which starts with you connecting your Flair account to your NSS user agency account. You will authorize NSS to allow request of NSS personnel thrugh Flair. NSS admins will approve your request after confirming the authorization.
Q: Why do I need to provide a National ID before I can sign up?
A: According to the compliance laws of Ghana, each company admin and rep on Flair is required to provide their Ghana card as a means of Identification.
Q: What is a Business Registration Document/Certificate
A: A Business Registration Certificate is a written document issued by the Registrar General's Department as proof of valid business registration.
