How to make a request for service personnel - Specific Request

Specific Request refers to requests for NSPs by specific NSS numbers. These are personnel who have gone through your recruitment & selection processes and have succeeded. You can make a specific request for an individual or a group of personnel.


Single Specific Request


  1. Login to your account (if you haven’t signed up yet, do so by clicking here)

  2. Select NSS request from your dashboard

  3. From your dashboard, click on “Make Request” button


  4. Select “Specific Request” and click “Continue” 


  5. Search for a specific NSP by their NSS number and click “Search”  [the NSP should have been authenticated by the NSS secretariat in order for this to work. Confirm authentication status with the NSP]


  6.  Review the details of the personnel that shows up to ensure it's who you are looking for and click "Add to Request Cart"

    7. Click on "View cart " to see the requests you have made




  7. Review and confirm the request. Wait for NSS, to effect the postings.



Multiple Specific Requests


  1. Login to your account (if you haven’t signed up yet, do so by clicking here)

  2. Select NSS request from your dashboard

  3. From your dashboard, click on “Make Request” button


  4. Select “Specific Request” and click “Continue” 


  5. Upload the list of NSS personnel with their numbers (use the template provided).  [the NSPs should have been authenticated by the NSS secretariat in order for this to work. Confirm authentication status with the NSPs]


  6.  Review the details of the personnel that shows up to ensure it's who you are looking for and click, specify the office (s) and click  "Add to Request Cart"

    7. Click on "View cart " to see the requests you have made


  7. Review and confirm the request. Wait for NSS, to effect the postings.
