Q: What criteria can I use to request National Service Personnel?
A: You can make three types of requests for personnel. They are:
General request: These are requests for individuals irrespective of their skillset.
Skillset request: Company reps may request using their specific criteria made available on the app.
Specific request: These are requests for particular individuals using their NSS numbers. Company reps can also make bulk uploads of NSS numbers by uploading an excel file to with NSS numbers to request for Personnel.
Q: Do I need to register my organization with NSS before I get to selection from the pool?
A: Yes.
