Flair focuses mainly on post-NSS employment - i.e. onboarding the personnel who have completed their national service for companies to recruit for entry level positions, graduate training programs, mentoring programs, etc.
Q: Can I request NSPs from Flair?
A: Yes, you can now request national service personnel for specific individuals (personnel you’ve already interacted with), a set of specified skill sets (e.g. personnel with a degree in marketing) or general personnel.
